Placement Cell
SPSP Training and Placement Cell arranges and coordinates various programmes that aim at moulding the students so as to meet the industry expectations in career building and in turn bring laurels to the parent institution. The Training and Placement Cell, guided by a set of rules and principles, strives to maintain good relationship with industries. Preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting corporations for pre-placement talks on the campus followed by final placements, and overseeing the process to its end, is the responsibility of the Training and Placement Cell. The Cell endeavours to carry out successfully all the processes methodically throughout the year.

Duties and Responsibilities
This committee works as a bridge between the students and the recruiters.
Helps students for their industrial training and placements.
Provides the required training for students to successfully face the interviews.
Approach HR departments of various pharma industries regarding the on campus placements drive for students.
Maintain the data base of Pharma companies.
Preparing a comprehensive list (Placement data register) of the past students who were successfully placed in the various pharma industries and other allied fields of pharmacy.
Communicating with the alumni members regarding the support for the placement cell. Circulating the information to the students regarding the various openings for the jobs related to pharmacy.
